Amazing customer service! They made sure to call me and ask how I would prefer to substitute one of the flowers in the arrangement (since they were out of the one described in the order). They were also understanding when I realized that I had to reroute my same day delivery (recipients were out of town), and I appreciated that an email confirmation is sent when the delivery is made. All on Christmas Eve no less! And their beautiful arrangements speak for themselves! Can't wait to use them again for my future floral needs :)

My first experience with Andes,finally, a florist that can deliver on schedule. I'll will be using them again.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will.
