I would give a 5-star for customer service; i.e., ordered flowers after 11:00 a.m. and requested delivery by 2:30 p.m. on the same day. Andes delivered flowers as requested. Great job, Andes! I would give a 4-star because the bouquet of flowers was not as advertised so the price was too high for the flowers.
