All good things to say about my first order experience with Andes Florist! First, I placed an order online and realized the delivery address was incorrect. I called them not realizing it was outside of their business hours to correct my mistake and Claudia called me back right away. She immediately corrected the delivery address, and the flowers were delivered that same morning. So so beautiful, I wish I could attach the photo, but I am very pleased with the service as well as the arrangement. I ordered the long stem roses in a glass vase, standard, and it was very similar to the advertised photo; it was made full. The newly wed couple who received it thought it was so beautiful. My precious Johnathan turned 40, I live in Florida and chose this florist again and I’m never disappointed with the quality of flowers, balloons and even the delivery. Communicating is so easy and honestly my experience is such a sweet experience. I asked for photos and they provided. Everything was as pictured on their website so Fresh & beautiful! I order flowers for my mum every year from here and she loves them! You get your dollars worth.
