EXCEPTIONAL as usual! The people who work here, especially Natalie, are the kindest, most helpful and understanding people I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Natalie was absolutely phenomenal in making sure my sister received a bouquet that was just what I wanted. I had to apologize to her for being such a problem but she simply laughed and said "no problem." I will ONLY use this florist. I wish they delivered in my state.

This place is phenomenal! I have yet to be disappointed by their bouquets, absolutely some of the best I have ever seen. Delivery is easy to arrange, they are very thoughtful and I never have a worry in my kind when ordering.

These flowers were even more beautiful in person! They were for someone who had to cancel their baby shower and it made her day. They were absolutely perfect and this is why I continue to order from Andes Florist!

Andes Florist always produces the most Gorgeous floral arrangements and the arrangement they created for me today did not disappoint in any fashion. The arrangement was for my sister-in-law who was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and we, (my sisters' family and mine), wanted to bring some joy back into her life. The arrangement was exquisite and my hats off to the floral designer who I know used the freshest and most beautiful of flowers and designed the arrangement with care and topping it off with their signature butterfly, jewels and ice cold water. Needless to say, but their Beautiful floral arrangement brought a Big Smile to my Sister-in-law's face! God Bless You!!!

The tree delivered is beautiful. But, it is not what is in the photo. There were no roses like the picture.

Also if you check the pictures, the standard size ( what you had ordered)
has not red roses, only the premium size has roses and orchids. Thank you and happy holidays to you and your family.
